Taking a rest day after that long 6 mile run yesterday, and because I have to work from 9:30am to 11:00pm. There goes my 10:30 bed time..uh oh!
I started my day again with oatmeal made with rolled oats and vanilla soy milk. I put a dollop of choc/hazelnut spread on top. I couldn’t resist! It was delicious and sweet. Perfect for a dreary Monday morning.
Now I have to go make a packed lunch AND a packed dinner since I’m working all day!
