When i got home from work today, i had a sinful snack. PB on a spoon with a few vegan chocolate chips. Yummyyyy

I wasn’t able to go cycling after work today, because there was a thunderstorm. I’m heading to the gym tomorrow after work to practice swimming laps and then i’ll run a few miles after.

I really need to improve my swimming speed and capabilities before the triathlon in August, luckily I still have 3 months!

Any tips for getting faster with freestyle swimming? Will consistent sessions in the pool naturally make me faster?
